The people are scum. However, stop being such a hysterical muppet - there is no evidence that the threat was even genuine. New York school district received the same warning and concluded it was a hoax.
There are half a dozen threats like this in London every day according to a former senior copper I met. The challenge is identifying the rare one that is real.
